Return & Exchange Policy
At Elephantaa, we take great care to deliver quality products and ensure your shopping experience is delightful. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to support you with a smooth and transparent resolution process.
Please read our policy carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Exchanges: We only offer exchanges under the following specific conditions:
- You received an incorrect product(s).
- The product(s) you received was/were damaged upon arrival.
Our exchange policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
Conditions for an Eligible Exchange:
- The issue (incorrect or damaged item) must not be due to any fault or mishandling by the customer after delivery.
- For damaged items, the damage must be reported upon receipt.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- If you believe you are eligible for an exchange based on the conditions above, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Send an email to orders@elephantaa.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue (e.g., “received wrong item” or “item arrived damaged”).
- Photographic evidence of the incorrect or damaged product(s).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps if the exchange is approved.
Return Shipping for Approved Exchanges: If your exchange is approved because you received an incorrect or damaged product due to no fault of your own, Elephantaa will cover the cost of the return shipping. We will provide you with return shipping instructions once the item has been acknowledged as eligible for exchange by one of our agents.
Processing Your Exchange: Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected by our team, we will ship the correct product(s) to you at no additional charge. Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process the exchange and dispatch the new item(s) after we receive the return.
Important Note on Returned Items:
- Products must be returned in the condition they were reported (e.g., if an incorrect item was sent, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging, unless otherwise instructed).
- This exchange agreement may be voided if the product is further damaged by the customer or damaged during return transportation due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
Customized Orders: We do not offer exchanges or accept returns on customized orders. All sales of customized items are final.
