At Elephantaa, we are dedicated to ensuring your unique, handcrafted gifts reach you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping process and timelines below.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Orders: Our standard order processing time is 1-3 working days.
  • Customized Orders: Orders containing customized products are specially made to order. Please allow 7-8 working days for these orders to be processed. If a different processing time is anticipated for your specific customized order, this will be communicated to you directly (e.g., via email).
  • Working Days: Our working days are Monday to Saturday. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or on Public Holidays observed in India.

2. Shipping & Delivery:

  • Dispatch Notification & Tracking: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This will include an Expected Delivery Date and a link to track your parcel’s journey.
  • Estimated Delivery/Transit Time: This is an international delivery originating from India. After dispatch, the estimated transit time for your order to arrive is typically 12-20 business days. Please note that “business days” for transit refer to Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays in the transit and destination countries.
  • Courier Partners: We partner with reputable international courier services to deliver your orders. Our partners include:

    • DHL
    • UniUni
    • USPS
    • FedEx
    • Shiprocket (acting as an aggregator for various carriers) The specific carrier for your order will be chosen based on your location and the best available service.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination.
  • You will be able to see the final shipping cost before you complete your payment.

4. International Shipping – Important Information:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order is being shipped from India. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are separate from your payment to Elephantaa for the merchandise and shipping.
    • The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all such import fees, taxes, and duties.
    • Elephantaa has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
    • We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order to avoid any unexpected costs.

5. Address Accuracy:

  • To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any necessary apartment, suite, or unit numbers, and a valid phone number.
  • Elephantaa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
