Received a Damaged Product?

We’re truly sorry if something didn’t arrive in perfect condition. But don’t worry — we’re here to help!

✅Once verified, we will issue a Gift Card for the full product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website within 2 months.

Return Procedure & Conditions

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused (since brass can tarnish if handled frequently).

  • Process: To start a return, please email us at cs.elephantaa@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
