Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• In original packaging

• In the same condition as received

Since our products are handcrafted items, signs of use, handling damage, or tarnishing due to use may make the item ineligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize.

Please:

• Email us within 3 days of delivery

• Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement, or

• Full refund, or

• Store credit (Gift Card)

We will guide you on the next steps after review.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Elephantaa will provide an appropriate resolution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, OR

• A Gift Card for the product value may be issued (if chosen)
